Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Sales Executive will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans per Company goals, ensuring targeted KPIs are met.
- Conduct market research to identify and properly qualify business opportunities
- Responsible for the growth of all the company’s core services
- Target, prospect, and nurture new partnerships with customers, building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Leverage relationships to continuously bring new opportunities to the table
- Create Profiles for each new customer and coordinate and support the onboarding process between the customer and operations.
- Track sales activities and provide timely and accurate sales reporting according to Company standards
- Serve as a liaison between new customers and operational staff to ensure exemplary customer service.
- Reflect the professional image of Haul Cargo Logistics, in all company/client-related interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a demonstrated equivalence in job-related experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of Sales experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/ NVOCC/Transportation Industry.
- Knowledge of services including Ocean/Air, Import/Export, Trucking/Drayage/Domestic/Brokerage.
- Knowledge of rates and current market conditions
- Proven track record of progressive sales experience
- Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service

Import Sales - Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Approach shippers, forwarders & CHA and fix appointments with them for business development.
- Explore new business opportunities and generate sales leads effectively.
- Arrange meetings with new and prospective clients and introduce a complete range of the company’s products and services.
- Exercise responsibility for the achievement of monthly sales targets fixed by the management.
- Generate business from existing clients by making routine sales calls/ tele calls.
- Co-ordinate with Customer Service desk, Operations, and Documentation department for complete follow-up on shipments generated.
- Facilitating prompt preparation & submission of quotation/RFQ to customers.
Submitting sales reports to the reporting head at regular intervals. - Facilitate timely follow-up on collections from customers.
- Endeavour for any other relevant duty or responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.
